Each print is made-to-order. Because these are custom-printed upon purchase, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@ashandearth.studio within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item, and I will make it right.

My copper jewelry is crafted to carry a unique energy. If a piece does not resonate with you upon arrival, please reach out to support@ashandearth.studio within 14 days of receipt. I am happy to discuss an exchange or a return on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Custom commissioned pieces are final sale due to their bespoke nature, but I work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.
